Midlife isn’t a crisis—it’s a reckoning. For many women, it’s the first time we’re allowed to ask: What’s really going on beneath the surface? And for those of us living with ADHD, the answers often come wrapped in layers of hormonal shifts, emotional recalibration, and decades of being misunderstood.
Over the past few months, I’ve been writing about the intersections of ADHD, menopause, and wellbeing, not just as a facilitator and advocate, but as someone living it. From unpacking the myths around HRT to exploring the emotional power of aromatherapy, each post has been a piece of a larger puzzle: how do we build systems of care that actually care?
🔍 Why This Matters
Women with ADHD are often missed, misdiagnosed, or dismissed—especially in midlife. The overlap with menopause symptoms creates a fog that’s hard to navigate alone. That’s why I’ve made it a personal mission to break down the stigma, share tools, and create space for honest conversations.
Whether it’s through nutrition workshops, visual resources, or trauma-informed coaching, my goal is to offer clarity in the chaos. Because when we understand our bodies and brains, we reclaim our power.

🧠 What’s Next?
I’ll be diving deeper into visual storytelling as a tool for advocacy, translating complex health and neurodiversity topics into accessible, shareable formats. If you’ve found any of these posts helpful, I’d love to hear from you. Your stories shape the work.
Let’s keep building systems that listen, honour, and empower.
